Heritage Pointe Health and Safety Guidelines:

Bring proof of vaccination and booster if eligible (actual card or photo are accepted)

If you have not completed your series of vaccinations or have not received your booster, bring a new rapid COVID test with you to be completed at the front desk when you first arrive to Heritage Pointe.

If you are not vaccinated, you must bring proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event.

Masks are required on the premises for all, regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
